Walk & Talk

Our free walk and talk events aim is to get pregnant women and new mums out in the fresh air talking to other pregnant women and new mums whilst getting some gentle exercise and some support whilst chatting.

The evidence is out there about how good exercise is in pregnancy for mental health benefits, releasing endorphins making you feel brighter and happier and walking is a good way of gently keeping fit.

Our walk and talk events are run by Midwives, so not only do you get to meet and chat with other expectant and new mums but you have full access to clinical, practising, experienced, supportive midwives who are happy to answer your questions and discuss options around pregnancy, birth and beyond.
